Installation was awful. Carpeting had to be seamed. Lousy job. Complained. Nothing was done about it. My regrets I didn’t go to consumer protection. Looks tacky. Shoddy workmanship.

Worst customer service in my life! Had to wait 2 months for them to come to the elderly home I work in and start the job of carpeting one studio Apartment. I had to call them numerous times to even get this on their schedule. Finally, scheduled a day, the installer shows up between 9 and 10 AM, cannot complete the project due to not bringing enough carpet! Then blamed me for not telling them the correct room measurements! I had carpet installed by them in April 2019. I won’t lie, they had their hands full with me. I didn’t know what I wanted besides a “grey”. They were super great working with me in the showroom to explain different types and helping me choose one that fit my families needs. Then came the ordering process. They communicated with me through the whole process and it was here right on time. The installation was flawless.
