We had Carpet Exchange install new flooring for the whole house for us this summer. They installed carpeting & LVP and they both look great! Erin was very helpful (and patient) during the process of selecting of flooring. We fell like we received a great price for the work done. The carpet team was very efficient and did a flawless installation in one day! Carpet Exchange was great to work with on our recent carpet install. The final product ended up looking different than what we expected from the sample, but Shawn went above and beyond to help us figure out the issue. He provided multiple strike-offs to check for lot variations and took the time to walk us through our options. We loved our experience with Carpet Exchange and highly recommend to anyone! Prices are great but the service was exceptional! We worked with Karen, who was able to arrange shipping of flooring to our house out of state. She was responsive, knowledgeable and fun to work with.
Spent over $14k here. Carpet installed didn’t match our sample, and our interior decorator agreed the color was off by a significant amount. Initially helpful, but once the manufacturer said it was “within spec,” they wanted us to pay $3k more to reinstall the same carpet. We asked if any partial refund or solution was possible—manager Shaun stopped responding, which is extremely unprofessional. You would think you’d be protected going with a big retailer, but clearly not. Go elsewhere.
