*** is amazing. I received quotes from all over ****** for a carpet install and Ray's quote was $1000-$2000 less expensive from all the others. (I knew exactly which carpet brand, style, and color I wanted. *** had it because he is a national wholesaler). I took a chance and went with *** and I am SO glad I did. His install team, ****, did an amazing job. Everything was perfect. *** was always very responsive via text or phone call! The carpet looks amazing! Trust in ***!

Highly recommend! We purchased carpet for our bedrooms and I was super impressed with the quality of product offered at a lower cost than the ********** junk carpet. Salesman Ray was very helpful and responsive -even when I reached out after hours. Very happy with our experience, would definitely use them again.
Great Prices I got new carpet throughout my home at a price that was substantially less than several retailers in town! We needed a quick turnaround and they were fast as well as affordable. I would highly recommend them!
Fraud Charges and a RIP OFF! Fraud charges have been filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection and with the BBB. Carpet Close Outs hid damaged wood flooring in boxes of good wood flooring that I purchased from them. All I have asked for is the replacement of the 5 damaged boxes that I paid for. It was not cheap and I have not been able to get them to resolve my complaint. Their new location is 3913 Todd Lane # 508 Austin, TX 78744 (Edited January 04, 2008)
