Marco Reyes was at my house bright and early. He called to confirm and arrived as scheduled. He listened to our concerns and executed a great cleaning. He was very thorough and our carpet looks amazing! I had a not so positive experience with Sears in the past but I will continue to use Sears and will request Marco Reyes to ensure great service!
Rubbish. Tried 4 times to schedule. They either don't show up or lie about the time/day they come.

Worse experience ever!! They did not show up for appointment. Rude on phone. Horrible
Horrific service. After 7 attempts to have our air ducts cleaned, you finally showed up. Not only did you perform a lousy job, you tried to swindle my 82 year old mother to pay $700 for a job that was agreed in advance to be $139 for 14 air duct cleaning. DEON the manager screamed over the telephone at my mother. Completely unprofessional--you will be reported to the better business bureau and every consumer protection agency for your deceitful and horrible service. STAY AWAY from this company!
Seriously worst customer service ever. If I wasn't so angry I would almost think it was amusing. Scheduled via phone over a week ago for the cleaners to come on Friday 5-5. Scheduled a time after 3 to assure I would be home from work. The guy I spoke with seemed a little off so I made sure I answered the confirmation call on Thursday.
