Awful everything. 3 guys showed up to clean 18 ducts in a 2 story home, only spent a half hour in the house, and didn't even go upstairs other than to piss all over our bathroom floor. The techs were unprofessional, disrespectful, impolite, and lazy. After they said they were finished and left we inspected the ducts to find they hadn't even cleaned a majority of them. My carpets didn't even look like they were cleaned, plus they double charged me, which I just discovered. Would never use them again. Trying to get a hold of them to correct the charge, but not having any luck.
I scheduled an appointment online. The day before my appointment I called the office because no one called to confirm. Was told that I was scheduled for a day that I didn't request, but was switched to the day I wanted. The team did not show up nor call to say they weren't coming. I called to ask why they didn't honor their confirmation and was told there was no manager on duty. I hit reply to my confirmation email and was given an error message that the sender email doesn't exist.
Buyers Beware Don't Bother but Call Stanley Steamer.
Terrible experience. Charged for all ducts and returns and missed cleaning one of the returns. When we discovered the problem at next filter change, Sears would not come back out to finish the job. While they were at our home, the team damaged a brand new bathroom floor when the rotary machine cracked a large porcelain tile, and we never asked for compensation.
