I had my carpets cleaned last week 02/20. this was my first time using Sears Carpet Cleaning. I was impressed with all the staff from the office down to Isaac who cleaned my carpet.He was very professional. and courteous in the way he explained all that he was going to do. these guys could not have done a better job they let us know when they would be here they explained what they were doing and why they were doing it and how much it would help us how efficient it will make our home we were very impressed highly recommend them out of a 1 to 10 I would give them a 12

Paul and Carlos was wonderful! i thought there was a blockage in my dryer vent, but these guys diagnosed a blunder from the builder... an improper vent! the guys explained why the dryer wasnt venting properly and fixed the proble. they even painted the new vent pipe to match the roof! i have used sears for many years, but today these guys prevented a fire! thank you Paul and Carlos!❤
