We had Sears Carpet Cleaning and Air Duct Cleaning come out today to clean our carpets and kitchen grout. The carpet deal was three areas fir $75.00 and $42 for the grout. The technician talked us into using a “better” cleaning solution. He told us that it would cost $150 plus the Grout cleaning. That should have been $192. At the end he told us it was $287. A year ago I rated Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning 5 starts I have used them for the last 4 years. And I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. This last week on Friday 3/29. I was not satisfied at all with the quality of their work my tile was not completed and left incomplete. I got my couch cleaned yesterday and will never use this company again. The quote that they originally gave me when I booked my cleaning was incorrect upon them arriving at my house. They said protection or deodorizing were included I got to pick which one I preferred. That was a lie. They left my floor soaked and also lectured me on how I should go to Ollie's and get a couch cover so my dog wont get hair on the couch; to top it all off they left black grease stains on my couch as well. RecommendedWe have often used Seats Carpet cleaning service. They always do a good job but I must say, this time, when Josef R cleaned our carpets it was the VERY BEST!! He was fast, efficient, polite. The carpets are getting older but they have never looked so good! He got stains out that I thought would be impossible. I would have him back in a minute.
