Feedback It is a good experience to have Mr. Isreal and his assistant to help my house air duct clean today. They are so kind and detail to answer my questions and very patient to do the job well done. I am so thankful my house can feel the new air again. Way to go the 'Seas Team Rock'.

77018 Sears Clean Houston Shawn Roach and Abraham Neve did a nice job and went the extra mile in their process. They were very professional and thoroughly explain what their process was and why in cleaning the carpet, rugs and sofa. Other than the one rug we thought had been ruined by our dogs, all the odors and spots were removed from the carpet! My wife talked to Monia Cassey to set up the appointment and felt she was knowledgeable and pleasant. All the people involved were excellent.

Well worth the money! Everything was satisfactory. Edgar A. did a fantastic job taking special care to work on the stains which were somewhat dark. He did an exceptional job. Also, Vivian, the office clerk was professional and right on time when she called to inform us that the service technician was on his way. Both employees were excellent representatives of Sears Carpet Upholstery & Air Duct Cleaning service. The price was well deserved. The quality of service was good. Sears Upholstery Cleaning Josue and Herbert were great !! They were hard working, courteous, and careful. My couch has fabric which needs to be cleaned against the nap, and Josue was very good - checked for the correct direction on every surface. I was impressed. They were courteous and professional in their interactions with me and my husband, and with each other. I recommend this team highly.

Air duct cleaning Jonathan and Deforrest gave us a wonderful service. They did a great job and very knowledgeable. They were kind and we are very happy they came today. Thank you. we wish you price was $40 less. Other services were able to do the same job for $160 with 30 days warrantee. we asked to lower our price since we just had Sears fixing our garage door for $270.00. If we can get a refund we will be very grateful as my husband just lost his job last week. Thank you for understanding and your help. Aliza and Aaron

Great communication I liked how they kept in constant communication with me either via email or phone. What I loved the most was the email they sent me that showed pictures and names of those coming to my home. Loved that!!
