Sears Carpet Job well done....Competent, courteous and efficient
Air Duct Service Monica was very thorough when scheduling my service. I appreciated this. Craig and Julian came very promptly based on the times given. Both were very kind. Craig completely explained everything before started. We are so grateful for Craig's honesty and kindness. Excellent employees!! They represent Sears very well!
Cleaning service just ok Team ok, cleaning performance just ok, equipment too dirty, leaving the floor with mud all over it, I cleaned it after they leaving, not funny, not happy.
Was Amazing Edgar A came out the day before Thanksgiving and did an amazing job, and was very kind and professional.

Carpet Cleaning I received excellent customer service from Josue and he did a great job with my carpet. He addressed all my concerns and made sure I was pleased with all rooms before leaving. Josue arrived within the time frame I was given and I also received a call as promised, informing me when he was 30 minutes out, and Josue arrived on time. I am pleased with the results and will use Sears again.
Great Customer Service! I loved that they came in and explained everything and then showed up photos of what was in our air ducts. They explained to us our options and then let us decide what we wanted to do. They were very kind and courteous. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
