Excellent Work Israel & Edgar! I had my dryer vent cleaned today by Sears. I was very satisfied with the work done by Israel and Edgar. They were on time, very professional, and did their work very efficiently. Israel even showed me pictures of the area in the attic where he performed his work! I found that very helpful and informative. They also inspected my dryer and the venting from the dryer. Sears Carpet Cleaning The scheduling was very easy. The technician who performed the work was professional, polite, & courteous. He took his time & did a wonderful job! My carpets look like new, & the grout on my kitchen floor is as white as it can be.
Sears Machinery Maintenance Plan The people who come out to do the work try very hard to do the best possible job but the machinery issued to them are not maintained well as the machinery has to have stoppages (experience over few service calls). In comparison to ....... and their associated company visually you van make out the difference. On this service we had to shut down the work from up to 3 hours for the technician to go and get the machine fixed.
Great! Both men were cordial, friendly, and a wonderful job of cleaning my carpet. Very pleased.
A Thoroughly Done Cleaning The gentlemen arrived at the expected time and worked hard, keeping us apprised of what they were finding and some suggestions of possible solutions. Seeing that I was a bit confused with unfamiliar terms, the findings were written down on the receipt so I would know what to ask for when I wanted to take steps to correct some needed repairs in my duct work.

Air Duct Light Bulb Replacement The men came to my house to replace the light bulb at the entrance to the air duct system. The service did not include air duct cleaning.
