Loved the great service which I was given by these guys. I am such a sucker for good customer service. They had called me ahead of time and were very prompt and also very professional too. Everything Holds true as other reviews have stated. I felt their prices to be fair and reasonable, they were efficient and also helpful too. I was recommended to them by a friend. I had primarily called due to pet related stains, those are all gone now though! Bravo, excellence!
I just have got to echo what is on here about these guys! I have used these guys quite a few times and have been happy with their job! One time I had this tough stain that wouldn't come out and i've tried every remedy in the book! When it came the time to get my carpets cleaned; they got that sucker right on out! I cannot say enough about the awesome work in which they do! The customer service is spot on too! Thanks!
I had left a message to these guys to come out and service my apartment which I was moving out of. I had tried doing the rug Dr. cleaning right, but that was an absolutely and total fell. I have also dealt with so many so called "Professional" services before too and had gotten ripped off with high prices and hidden feels. I had called these guys up and was given a great quote.
