I called on 11/10 to set an appointment for carpet cleaning on 11/11. The office person scheduled the appointment between 8 and 12. They don't do a smaller appointment window. Received a call at 7:50 am from technician. They showed up 30 minutes later. I showed them the three rooms which required cleaning. The tech tried to upsell to a deep clean but I didn't go for it.
