First, she told me she did make a mistake in measuring the bedroom that *************** pointed out. When the error was discovered, she admitted to it and made the correction on the listing, but not before the Treskas had made their offer. Yes, our communication was through our own realtor and her communication is with the seller's realtor, so in actually it is the same as us getting the information from Carpenter Realty. At this time the facts speak for themselves we did nothing wrong accept make a offer on a house with the wrong information. We would never of made an offer on the house if the listing was correct and not have the wrong measurements.
