The great service received from everyone, the front office staff, Dr. Cleland and her nurse, the X-ray tech, and even the nurses we came in contact with that were working with other clients in the back, made the final hours with our loved one so much easier. I can not believe you refused to see a sick dog because a rabies certificate wasn't present. Mind you though you were supposed to have these dogs records from dr.eatons office and the only reason my parents decided to go with your office was on Dr. Eatons word. I heard about the encounter and I will not use this vet and will not give a good word of mouth on this Veterinarian establishment. My parents and I will go elsewhere .
Yesterday was my first visit to Carpenter-Pope Veterinary Hospital and I have to say I was quite pleased. I brought my lil Muffin a Min Pin mix in to have some vaccinations and an exam done. The staff was very nice and Dr. Cleland took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything to me. My Muffin was right at ease with everyone. I’m so happy my previous Vet who retired referred me to Carpenter-Pope!

All the staff An doctors are amazing so happy I finally have doctors An staff who care about my animals An not there time or money my animals come first. This is definitely the vet u should bring your babies to.
