We lived in Norfolk when we first moved here and after a few visits at another vet we started looking for better care where we weren't just a number. We were so thankful for C&P that when we moved an hour away, we still brought our babies here. They have always found time for us in emergency situations (multiple ones) and even cared for our 7 foster pups. I would recommend them above all us.
I called and got an appointment the same day. They were extremely caring, professional, and worked with me on pricing. They treated Mako like family and I couldn't have been happier!
They were kind and helpful with trying to help our boy, Hunter. Unfortunately, he had cancer and only a little time left. We enjoyed what we had. Thank you for the sweet card the office sent. It means a lot.
They're my go to vet for my dogs! Being a military family and having to find a new vet every duty station that fits can be hard. The wonderful staff at Carpenter-Pope are amazing and very helpful. They don't treat you like a clueless owner who doesn't know their own pet. Always a good experience with them.
The doctors and staff are the best. They treat your babies like their babies. They have senior discounts and advise you of expected charges and alternatives, letting you pick what you want for the best care. Marcelo and Porch Kitty love them ❤️
Just had to have my 16 year old shih tzu put to sleep today. They were extremely caring and wonderful. They made my decision easier. Thank you to the Techs and Dr. who took care of us
The ladies here are absolutely wonderful!!! My cat was sick and didn't have his shots yet, they took him in and got him back on his feet the same day!!!
