I've been dealing with Carpenter for 25 years. Always honest, no BS. Had a new furnace installed today by a professional, no BS crew from Carpenter. Highly recommended!
We've had two separate furnace and a/c installations done by Carpenter Heating & Cooling over the years, and they've always done an outstanding job! The customer service and products they provide are top notch. Our furnace quit working on a Friday, and they came by the same day to assess the situation and even provided us with space heaters to help keep our home comfortable until they could install our new furnace first thing Monday morning. I wouldn't trust anyone else!
We were really impressed with how fast & responsive the team was. We were given a quote up front, so we knew what to expect before repairs were completed. Really great customer service!
