Every time I go to Shanna and always leave with exactly what I wanted! She always does a wonderful job with my hair and I couldn't be happier! She listens to what you want and that's what you receive!
The staff here is amazing and they really know what they are doing! Shana has cut and colored my hair twice and both times it has turned out exactly like I wanted. She is also very knowledgable about products. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed a few times here as well and they always turn out great.
Shana rocks! She always sees my vision and makes my Pinterest dreams come true every time!
I got a wax done by Shana and she was AWESOME! I've been searching for a salon in town and will absolutely be going back. Fantastic quality of service for a great price.

I have been searching for a hair dresser since we moved back to the Brookings area. It's hard to explain to a stylist what you want because we use different words to relay our thoughts as we weren't trained in your field. It was like Shanna read my mind! I walked out of the � like a new woman. Not a frumpy grandma. I feel Shanna really listens to her customers wants, not the same style the previous customer had. Thank you Shanna!
I have been coming here for a while now, I found 2 stylists that I love & know my hair. Kris is wonderful and when super busy & I can't get in to see her she instructed someone to do it right. Anyway yesterday I was emotional because my hair was falling out in clumps because of chemo. I stopped in, no appointment & asked if I could get a buzz cut to dampen the trauma.
