I am extremely frustrated, I booked an appointment two plus weeks in advance to get a certain stylist and wrote it in my planner as they told me the date and time. They asked for my number for a text reminder and I never received a message. Come to find out they scheduled my appointment for the day before and added the wrong number so I never received a text or anything either day. I bought a 100 minutes of tanning. Was not told that if you did a level 4 tanning bed it would take up 48 minutes of those 100. I tanned twice. Basically it cost me 15.00 each time. I'm going back to Year Around Brown.
Katie is amazing with eyelash extensions! She is so thorough and makes sure they look gorg everytime!
I just want to say that Katie really fixed my hair after a real disaster. She is thorough and really takes pride in her work. She won't let you leave until both her and you are satisfied with the work she did. My hair looks awesome and I love it so much. Thanks Katie for being awesome and taking care of my hair!
