Today I bought a iron piece that has probably been sitting in inventory for years. On my way home, a part fell off in my car. Immediately, I turned around and went back to the store, Hoping they could fix it or give me a discount. They refused to do either. In fact, they accused me of breaking it! Wish I could be giving a zero star review for this overpriced business. I brought in a gift basket I had made myself and asked to have it wrapped in plastic with a ribbon. They charged me $15 for some cheap plastic and ribbon that I could have bought & done myself for under $5. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, Carousel Flowers is just waiting to rip you off.

Got some beautiful flowers for my anniversary and a week later they are just as beautiful.
My husband ordered me a special bouquet for my birthday. The store called me to spoil the surprise of getting flowers, the flowers arrived wilted and smashed, and when I called to ask about this the rep said that all sales were final. The bouquet was not cheap, and even though my husband did not personally go in and order it, the store did not send what he wanted but felt free to charge an exorbitant price, and just an fyi the website boasts free delivery on online orders, but calling them will incur more fees!! I search and searched Ftd oh yes they say they give 25% to Miltary people until you go to check out and you have a huge sur charge Wow so much for serving this country. Then I decided to look for a shop at home, even though I'm not there this was easy and amazing.
