Terrible experience. After they refused to fix all the paint spray over in the house they didn't even want to give us paint to fix it ourselves. Septic tank installed below ground level and floods every time it rains (this is common with them). Had to purchase risers and install them ourselves. Weather strips around doors are cut in multiple places, to the point you can see daylight and feel the air. Again, we had to fix ourselves. Nothing here is complicated or expensive. For some reason, this builder does not care.

Buyer Beware: Don't Buy a Carothers Homes in Killeen, TX and get Ripped off by their Contractor Randy Ferguson.
