Well my dad is in there now and it really sucks they neglect him. His bed and room are always dirty. He is not taken care of like he should be. Do not take your loved ones here it's not a nice place to be
My 90 year old Aunt had her wedding rings stolen and other items have been stolen here as well. These home needs to get its act together and protect these elderly people!
In the last few weeks I have witnessed and been told of countless violations at the facility. One I witnessed personally is a patient who apparently fell from his bed. While sitting in the lobby I heard an alarm going off for 18 minutes from the time I started timing it. During this time many staff members would pass the area where the alarm was sounding. My mother is not happy there, she has got pnemonia in their care, and found her to have been neglected with raw buttocks was observed. She was taken to hospital where she was treated.
My mother was here for 7 days and on day 3 they lost both her hearing aids. 94 with severe dementia and now her hearing has been considerably reduced. They say they are not responsible. When they care for someone with dementia who is responsible?
