I have a loved on currently residing at this facility. I was warned not to allow this joke of a facility to take care of my family member. I wish I had listened. The nursing staff, med techs, and CNAs on the weekends and at night do not care about the residents. My loved one is suppose to receive their medicine at 9:00 AM. Aunt Rosie here and staff are the best as they took care of her, was greeted by the lead staff and made very comfortable.
These folks have made a horrible time into an incredible experience. Thank you for all the love, kindness, respect and compassion. Everyone from staff to administration and even the residents has come to show their love. We truly appreciate it as we deal with this hurt.
Very neglectful of their patients. They do not bathe as instructed, change their clothes, or get them to the bathroom when needed. It is very poorly run and the kitchen staff are not very nice to the residents.
Grandpa was here and we've had money stolen out of his room 3 different times, the room was always dirty, it took forever to get the help he needed if he needed to use the bathroom or wanted to move into his chair or even change his clothes. Some people were great and helped him out a lot but overall.. this place sucked and I would never recommend bringing a family member here.
I can not wait until I can reveal everything. GOD knows this place needs to be shut down. To many attitudes, nastiness and pure rudeness. If you are NOT A PEOPLE PERSON and treat the sick or elderly like crap this is NOT THW FIELD FOR YOU.
