Carolyne made our whole real estate transaction run more smoothly than imaginable. We had a complicated process including a 1031 exchange dealing with multiple buyers, sellers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors etc. Carolyne always made us feel as though we were a priority even though our monetary transaction with her was relatively small. Her perseverance in solving a variety of potential stumbling blocks was impressive and is appreciated. There is not another realtor in Bozeman that I would recommend above Carolyne!!
