I've bought and sold three properties in my lifetime. My fourth (and final) home purchase through Carolyne was the best real estate buying experience I've had. She knows how to negotiate and get things done. I consider myself very lucky to have met and work with Carolyne, and will always use her for any real estate needs I have.
Carolyne went above and beyond what was expected of her as an agent. She took many of the duties on herself including procuring repair estimates and lining up contractors, checking in on the house (which was vacant during a harsh winter) to see if the heat was running and no problems with plumbing, etc. She made sure the driveway and sidewalk were clear of snow. She was always immediately accessible and passed on buyer's communications efficiently. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process easier.
Carolyne was a delight to work with. She went above and beyond all that is expected of a realtor. She is a great gal and highly professional. Since I was not living in Bozeman anymore when my house went up for sale, she had to take over and do jobs that would have been mine to do if I were there. I highly recommend her as a realtor to anyone selling their house. Carolyn negotiated the price for my house. I thought the price was very reasonable and I was happy with the price she secured for me.

Carolyne Calvin was great to work with. We had some unexpected challenges during the inspection process. Our hose bib burst and began flooding the crawl space. Carolyne helped us through that and other things that needed fixing, and remained patient but persistent with us as we ticked the list. In the end we got a great price and are happy with our decision to sell. I would recommend Carolyne for her professionalism and candor. She is everything you'd want in a seller's representative.
