Dr. Thomas walked my breast cancer journey with me for the entire 5 years. She was always truthful, compassionate, knowledgeable and responsive. I am so lucky that she was my doctor! I had faith and trust in her. She was the best!
Had wound open on mastectomy scar that had special testing done on to determine cause.
Dr. Canavan reviewed my mammograms, explained what she saw, presented options and gave me the choice of treatment. She explained the steps in my treatment plan and provided lots of reading material which I found very helpful. Dr. Canavan and her team are thorough and explained everything very well.
Dr Thomas was professional and compassionate. Her office team were very prompt in returning calls.
Dr. Canavan is very caring and takes the time to explain all the issues at hand. Her treatment regimen has been very productive.

Dr. Canavan did breast surgery for me and I am grateful for her skills. She explained everything very well when I was still in a state of shock. She and her staff scheduled surgery as soon as possible and I have had no problems since 2021. Cancer is a definite ordeal. I still followup with her office and receive good care from her staff. If I have to ever have surgery again, I hope that she will be available to do it for me. Thankful for her and her staff.

Dr. Canavan monitored the breast cancer that I had in 1997, and ordered annual mammograms until ca 2012, at which time I ceased to have one. When I was diagnosed in 2023 with another cancer in the same breast, I elected to have her as the surgeon to remove the cancer and do the post treatment due to her professionalism and dedication. Dr. Thomas is an excellent doctor and an ace surgeon. She is very thorough as well as kind, gentle and reassuring. I totally trust her and feel extremely lucky to be her patient.
