Dr. Thomas has been very supportive throughout my treatment with her. She has a calming personality. He knowledge is exceptional and I wouldn't trust anyone else!
On every visit with Dr. Canavan, I never felt rushed or felt like we were on the clock. She explained everything quite well and answered what seemed like endless questions from me. I am absolutely confident that Dr. Canavan took the time to understand my cancer type, order the appropriate tests, and then spend the time to really review the results. Very knowledgeable about my concern
Dr Canavan was recommended by my Internest after my mammogram revealed strong suspicion of breast cancer. Best decision I could have made. She is thorough, caring, and explains what is best for the patient. I am 77 years old in relatively good health. Had my surgery (lumpectomy & sentinel node biopsy) as an outpatient 9/29/23 for my small HR+ HER2- tumor. Waiting on node biopsy but all went as expected during surgery. I am feeling great.Thank you Dr Canavan for all you do. You are the best!
Dr. Canavan is the best! She did my breast lumpectomies and everything went great. She then put in the Savi Catheters for radiation. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor.
Dr, Thomas is very friendly and compassionate, Every time I visit she takes all the time I need to understand what is happening. And is very thorough in her explanations.
I've been seeing Dr. Canavan for many years, probably close to 20. Years ago, her instincts led her to decide we needed to test for genetic mutations... I was positive. It was only after finding that out that further, in-depth testing found I had a small stage 1 cancer. After completing treatment for that, I continue to see her, and her equally amazing staff, regularly. She is nothing short of amazing and will forever be my hero.
Dr. Thomas is a very caring and compassionate doctor.
