Terrible nurse practitioner. I've worked with NPs and PAs that are as good as doctors but she isn't one of them. She is not competent enough to order the correct tests and when you eventually get the right tests done, she doesn't interpret them correctly. Avoid at all costs.
Can be a frustrating office to deal with. Always are busy. Jessica is always so great to get on the phone. She fixes any issue and is so nice. Nurse Carol is kind.
