I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk. I called to make an appointment, and the person who answered was dismissive, rude, and showed no willingness to help. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, because respectful communication makes a huge difference.
I was in pain for so many years, Dr Chun, Was able to solve it after only a few visits.
Dr. Chun is very informative and nice. She answered every question and I had and really looked out for my health.
