I just had Karen and Tonya from Carols cleaning team.Prior to their coming, I had read the only other review after I had made the date, so I had reservations. This team of girls from Carols ceaning team did a fantastic job and really spent their time doing detailed cleaning such as floor boards, dust etc....! I plan on having my house cleaned on a regular basis now that I have seen their work. I would definitely reccommend this team to clean your home! Thanks L. mcLain-
I hired Carols cleaning and was unsatisfied with the results. The ceiling fans were not cleaned as promised. the corners of my furniture were still dusty, the floor behind the toilet had not been cleaned, and they left cleaning products sitting out on counters. She did not call to follow up on the service but called two weeks later to confirm another appointment. When I told Carol I was not satisfied with the last service she hung up on me.
