Office staff isn't friendly and the wait times are long.The whole time you talk to the doc, they are typing on a computer and not looking at you. Cold, unfriendly, and you have to schedule separate appointments for any little problem.I am changing PCPs. I would never recommend Dr. King's office to anyone.
Horrible dr demanded she have past med records then only read 1st page told everyone I haveTB when I don't & never had TB refused to give me refills on meds like thyroid pills b\p meds said it was illegal! To give Ambien I was belittled & talked to like I was a 2 yr old 4 hours in that dr office , office staff was bad horrible experience never again
Dr. King is quite direct, which takes some getting used to, but I have come to appreciate her business-like demeanor because she is not interested in wasting her or YOUR time with chit chat. He explanations are thorough and understandable to me. I am very impressed by her competence and have found she is extremely thorough and diligent in taking of my health.
Wait time is borderline ridiculous. Sometimes 45 min - 1 hour wait for a scheduled appt.
