Dr. Caroline King is great and very easy to talk with but the disorganization of the office makes me uncomfortable recommending this provider to others I also wish there was an option to book a longer appointment to discuss multiple issues instead of having to come back over several appointments and paying a couple-pay/ taking off work each time.
Dr. King is very thorough and thoughtful. She practices within her expertise and will make referrals to specialists as needed. We have been pleased with all referrals. She does not hurry appointments so we have had to wait on occasion, but when our turn came we had her full attention. She provides options, discusses each and lets the patient decide how they wish to proceed. Extremely rude receptionist. Said that she needed insurance info, and I did not return calls. Check phone, no calls from her office. No "missed calls" from that office. I did not get to see the doctor. My husband had an appointment that same day, the receptionist would not change our appointment times. My husband had several problems. She would only address one of those problems. I did book a "new patient" appointment, thinking that we would be able to cover more than one problem. She refused. Highly recommend-she doesn’t rush you and caught 2 medication errors made by my previous doctor-explains very well.I drive an hour to stay with her . I trust her implicitly!
Dr. Caroline King is great! She is always very thorough in her visits. Sure wait times are sometimes long, but this is usually because she makes you feel like you are heard. Intake is done by Isabel; who is awesome! She makes me feel comfortable. Dr King then goes over intake information and makes sure to elaborate on the reason for your visit. She knows her stuff and will be blunt if necessary. She truly cares for her patients.
I see the PA Sarah Higgenbothem, and she is wonderful. She’s the most thorough care provider I have had in Texas. She treats me as a whole person.
The Doctor is caring and kind. She does not rush. I appreciate that. I have to go in quarterly for medication review/in order for her to refill my prescriptions. I do have to check each time to make sure she called them in. This has been hit and miss. Hence minus one star. I can always get in to see her when needed, even on short notice if it is something serious. She involves me in decision making offering alternatives and discussing the advantages and disadvantages of each option.
