My experience with the office didn't start out very well. When I arrived the receptionist informed me that I didn't have an appointment. I told her that I was absolutely sure I was scheduled for that day and had even made arrangements to come in late to work for the appointment. I asked if it would be possible for Dr. Daligues to squeeze me in and she got very testy. I felt uncomfortable and left. I called and rescheduled. dr. daligues did a lot of work on my teeth. she was quick and all business and very straightforward with me about pricing.
Bilingual facility is great for Tagalog Speakers. They Speak perfect English, but when they're working on you they only speak in Tagalog.
Dr. Daligues APPEARS to be a very competant dentist. She has a decent bedside manner. But she is always rushing to get you in and out, and as a result she is not thorough. Also, intentionally or not, Dr. Daligues performed unnecessary work on me which I had to pay out of pocket for. Overall a very unfortunate experience for me.
I was assigned to Dr. Daligues through my dental plan, and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. Whereas every other dentist I've had has been polite, professional and friendly, Dr. Daligues was rude, unfriendly, impatient, and unprofessional. She was too rough in her examination and even cancelled an appointment with me without notifying me until after I showed up and waited for fifteen minutes. The office then refused to apologize for failing to tell me about the cancellation.
Dr. Daligues and her staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Daligues works quickly but her pace does not lessen the quality of her treatments, but you get in and out quickly and get great dental work done as well. I highly recommend her.
overall experience is excellent but a little on the pricey side. nice office and she offers good recommendations.
Over the last 2 years, I've had three crowns put on by Dr. Daligues. The overall experience was fine. I had to come back twice for one crown that didn't fit properly. The office has been responsive to my needs. Overall - not bad but not the best I've been to either.
I've had quite a bit of work done with Dr. Daligues and in general they have been professional and responsive to my needs. I'd recommend her services.
