I went previously for 2 laser treatments. Which I had good results because I had also gone to another facility for the previous 6 months, so total was like my 4th visit when I first had Dr. Chang. This time which would be my 3rd time going with her and I was not impressed at all. For 200.00 dollars not impressed at all. I called her and she had said to give it more time. My results are balanced and natural looking! Dr Chang always takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly. She is dedicated to her profession and brings the best care possible to her patients.

Visited Carolyn a little over 2 months ago.. She used 2 whole syringes of hylaranadaise to dissolve my undereyes. Clearly she is not educated on the product, my life is completely ruined.

Dr Chang is lacking in manners and has a horrible bedside manner. She walked into the room like she was in a hurry to finish before even saying hello. She left a nasty, sloppy-looking scar where she had removed a skin cancer. She rushed through the procedure, got mad at me when I told her I could feel pain as she was cutting, told me to hold still even when I was yelping in pain.
