They don't treat you like a patient. It's more like family. They have customer service dialed in. It starts from the moment you walk until you leave. The Doctor makes you feel at ease and certainly worth the 45 minute drive for me because of the attention to the customer.
My husband had an appointment this morning with Dr K. It is always a pleasure to see him and his staff . They are extremely friendly and courteous and just a fun place to be. He needed new glasses and I was kind of dreading the process of selecting new glasses but Monty made the whole process fun and painless. He was truly very helpful as well as interesting to talk to. Thoroughly enjoyed are trip to Carolinas Vision group this morning.
