Dr Rauck and Dr North are great drs. Dr Rauck is compassionate and brilliant. He certainly has helped me. His NP Joan Southern and nurse Jane are the best. You won’t find better care anywhere.
I have seen Dr. Kapanel twice. He is extremely courteous and takes time to explain everything he is doing. So today I had to see Melissa Cole, his RNPA. Not a good visit at all. I was in the room for one hour and twenty five minutes before she even came in. Which is fine if she is using the time for her patients. She was in my room for three minutes and didn't do anything at all. She couldn't even be bothered to come back in my room to tell me when I would see Dr. K. She sent someone else. I left in tears.
