nurse and dentist did an excellent job and I did not have to wait.
I was brought back promptly after registering. The hygienist was nice, professional, and provided insight on my brushing habits that was very useful. The atmosphere in the office was pleasant and the temperature was perfect. The office is clean and bright. All staff including the dentist was friendly. Overall, my experience with the hygienist and the dentist was great. I would strongly recommend this practice.
We moved from Huntersville to Concord and was hesitant I changing Dentist but gave it a try and so glad we did. Staff was Great.. My Hygienist was Awesome & Explained Everything!!! I Highly Recommend.
This has to be one of the best Dentist office's that I have ever been to. They are extremely courteous and listen to you. They make you feel like you are their number one priority and treat each trip with special interest that you dont get elsewhere. Dr. Karanth and Dr. Dickerson with their staff provide unparalleled service and support!

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and normally freak out when i have to go but it wasn't like that here. Yes i did get really nervous and freaked out a little but the dentist and everyone else there was very nice and friendly and helped me to calm down and be more relaxed. I will be coming back here again and this will be my dentist office from now on. I will even refer them to people i know ,which i have never done that but one other time.
