The people at Dentistry of the Carolinas in Kannapolis were so friendly and helpful. It was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist, and as someone with a fear of dentists, that is not a light statement! In addition, as someone without dental insurance, this office was wonderful at offering a discounted exam and the cost for services really cannot be beat. They have gained a lifelong customer in me!
Everyone is always so friendly and I leave smiling (no pun intended). Looking forward to my next appointment!
Came into office to see about setting up an appointment to have my tooth looked at. Well while I was there they took me back and gave me my options. That was awesome!!! Didn't have to make another trip to be seen!! Even got me in the next day to fix the problem. Staff is always amazing and love going to the dentist after all these years!!!

My first visit with this office left a very positive impact on me. From the front desk to the dental assistant(s) to the dentist herself, I was very impressed and comfortable. All questions presented by myself were answered fully and detailed by the dentist.
Hi, I want to thank you for the after care call that I received this morning about my daughter. I was thinking about the situation and one thought that came into my mind was if she had a reaction to the medication that was used to numbed her gum. So, I was considering to discuss with the Doctor the possibility to use other medication to got her treatment done at your office.
Going to DOC makes going to the dentist a good experience. I'm never kept waiting for an appointment, the process is very efficient and you don't ever feel that your time is being wasted. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and willing to help. I have been to many dentists over the years and can honestly say this is the first practice that makes me leave with a smile on my face.
They are very accommodating. Include you in all your treatment with detail explanations. Very concerned with client comfort and relieving pain.
