Had some work done there a few years ago, fillings, cleaning and a root canal/crown. Very satisfied (well as satisfied goes with dental visits..it ain't fun or cheap.lol). Had cracked a tooth the other day that was mostly filling and it hurt. BAD. I called the good folks at DOC Kannapolis as they opened on a Monday morning. They got me in a chair and quick. I was seen on my appointment time. Everyone was so friendly. Dentist talked me through everything she was going to do and kept asking me if I was okay.
Excellent service. I felt like the dentist was really trying to help me and took her time and gave me different options. I would recommend this office!
Highly recommend this Dental office. Staff are very friendly & professional. Also will work with folks who don't have insurance.
Everyone was very courteous during my visit and although I arrived about 30 minutes ahead of time, I was also seen earlier than my appointment and was out of there in no time at all. Very pleasant experience and my dental issue was handled very well.

As always I was very satisfied with my experience here; their customer service is top notch from the initial call in for my appointment to the time I have to get in the chair. I definitely leave with a sense of trust for Dr. Karanth knowing she is doing all she can to keep my mouth healthy! That whole office is full of wonderful ladies! Thank YOU!
