It was a great experience I like how they walk thru everything with me an showed me the Xrays as well
Everyone is so nice, it was our first appointment and the staff treated us like they had known us forever. They made my son and I feel so comfortable and put us at ease. I highly recommend DOC if you want to be treated like family and know that you are going to be very well taken care of. 🌈
I havent been to the dentist for awhile. So naturally I was very nervous and I needed a tooth pulled. Everyone in the office is wonderful. The dentist who saw me was very comforting. She made my fears go away and made it very comfortable for me I'm actually excited about my next visit. I've found my new place for dental work. I highly recommend.
My dental cleaning was performed in a timely and efficient manner. The crown placement procedure has been a good investment into my dental health.The dental assistants and staff are very courteous!!!!
Calling trying to find a dentist to pull a tooth was very frustrating because I didn’t have a regular dentist. When I call DOC-Kannapolis the receptionist was so nice and gave me the first available appointment. I had a bad tooth and it needed to be extracted, Dr.Masoomi was awesome as well as all the staff! I need a lot more dental work done and now I know who I will go to. Thank you DOC-Kannapolis for a great experience!
The best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone is so nice and friendly and all procedures are well explained, as well as insurance coverage and personal cost. They also accept Medicaid!
they did great with David and did there best to make him feel relaxed as he was nervous for his first time at the Dentist. Thank You to the whole staff
Everything was okay and I understand that I had to be worked in between appointments, but I had already had to go three days before I could reach someone for an appointment because of the July 4th holiday. The office was closed three days in a row, so it was the following Monday before I could try to be worked in. I finally got in on Wednesday, although they could have taken me on Tuesday, but I already had another appointment and could not make that one. The staff is very friendly from the front office, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist. They perform very good work.
