Absolutely the BEST!!!!! LASIK was the best decision ever!!!!!!
My wife called here because my son was in a car accident and had cuts in both eyes. He needed a follow up. Who ever answered the phone was very rude. Good luck getting customers because apparently you have enough already. All I see are complaints from people who have gone here. Bad management.
Service from the office manager sucks! She needs to smile more. Remember a smile goes a long way especially if you want to exceed in great customer service.
Although the waiting time is longer than it should be, I'm still satisfied with the staff and office. I recently had LASIK surgery and the results so far have been great. I have been recommending Dr. Woodcock to everyone I know who is interested in LASIK. Living life without the annoyance of contact lenses or glasses is such a relief. As a dental assistant I can now do my job without the hassle of irritating contact lenses. So happy I had the LASIK surgery at CVC!
