I had the best experience at Carolina Vision Center today! Kimberly and Sally helped me sort out a problem with another optical shop. The attention to detail and professionalism was greatly appreciated . After sorting through this mess, I will only use Carolina Vision Optical. Thanks again to Kimberly and Sally!
One of the worse Vision centers I've ever been to. There are more interested in money than customers care. Had a contact exam and was given wrong prescription and I waited a month trying to see if they would adjust but didn't. Called back for a new appointment and I told them I wanted see a new provider because the last one didn't offer to take photos of my eye or dilute them either, plus gave me the wrong prescription. I wanted to take a minute and find you on Facebook to once again tell you thank you for your help in my journey to get my quality of life back. For my work and hobbies. Glasses and or contacts were such a handicap. To be able to see this to type the thank you means more than you can imagine. So. Humbly I say thank you.
Sometimes they get behind schedule but overall treat with care and concern. Optometrist / Doctors are very professional and staff is courteous.
Awesome staff very quick and very friendly. I am glad I came here and would recommend them anytime and Everytime.
I am so pleased with Dr. Woodcock and his staff's professionalism before and after my cataract surgery. I was treated with such care and if I had a question the staff would quickly find an answer. Also, when explaining the process Dr. Woodcock, as well as, his staff wouldn't talk over me. Special thanks to Keidre Skinner for carefully explaining the paper work involved, and a wonderful attitude. I finally got LASIK, and I'm very pleased with my new vision. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Dr. Woodcock did a great job, and I'm healing well. Thank you all very much.
