Our appointment today was at 1:25pm after hunting for a parking spot for 10 mins we found one. We signed in and waited to have our record up dated. Sat down and waited. Called back by a tech then told to sit and wait. Well it’s 3:39 pm and we have yet to be seen by a doctor. Not to mention we were referred to Dr. Bartis in Aberdeen for something Carolina Vision said my daughter had but after the long drive, she didn’t. We will not be returning here. I’ve had better service from the eye clinic at the Walmart on Skibo. Smh.
Dr. Woodcock is one of the best Ophthalmologist around. I’ve been his patient on-and-off since he performed my surgery in 2010 to remove pterygium. Prior to the surgery, other ophthalmologists said it was a painful process & there would be a high chance that it would come back. I have no issue since he performed my surgery in 2010. The optical shop is also great. Everyone were very professional & courteous. I would highly recommend Dr. Woodcock & Carolina Vision Center & their optical shop to everyone who need the service.
Dr. Woodcock bed side manner is the absolute worst. I wish I never recommended this place to my friend.
Very disappointed in my results. Staff is nice enough, but feel as though patients are rushed and not enough time spent to be sure of accuracy. After cataract surgery in both eyes and several visits, I finally gave up and went for a second and third opinion. Both eye doctors stated I was given the wrong prescription in one eye. I had to fork out a lot of $$ to try to correct. Wonderful experience. Nice workers in area to set up appointment for surgery. Very professional yet ever so kind at the same time. Dr. Woodcock is one of the best around!
Awesome service, everyone was precessional and so nice
I had Lasik surgury done yesterday and had such a great experience! Dr. Woodcock and his staff were excellent! I woke up this morning with 20/20 vision, thanks to the staff for such a stress free and caring experience! Highly recommended!!
Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. The doctors assistant and the doctor took a lot of time with me. And it made good sense.
