Absolute worst customer service experience of my life! Owners beware and tenants beware! These people do not care about your home nor do they care about the people who live in them. Maintenance issue was not responded to for over two weeks until I withheld rent payment. I attempted to schedule repairs, and left work early (and missed wages) to meet repair men only to be cancelled on.
