I'm an agent and Carolina United Realty is by far the best property management company I've come across in Charlotte. Clean turned properties, great systems, very efficient.
I have used Carolina United Reality from May 2012 till now. They are amazing and handle everything. Communication is great and never had any issues. I highly recommend their service!!
Just viewed one of their properties, and it had to be the most disgusting home I have ever seen. There were stains on the floor. Heaps of debris in the backyard. It smelled like a crackhead resided there for decades. Rusted appliances. Difficulty accessing the property when it should have been simple. It’s one thing to have a bad property, it’s another thing to present it as a showing-condition home and waste our time. Avoid this company.
