In my experience, they probably know how to trim a tree, but other than that, show no responsibility for damages their equipment caused. I was hoping the company would be ethical and help in the repair of the damages they made, But instead, told me I was a liar and that I did not see what I saw. Let's hope nobody equally damages their equipment, because the way that seems to go, even if they see it, it probably didn't happen.
If I don't personally hire services I don't want to see on my property again!
