All I can say about this company DONT let them on your property! Or let them turnaround in your driveway. Drivers don't know how to backup, rude mouth equipment operators, destruction of private property, oh and the use of nature for their bathroom. Also they love to run their mouths in public stores. About property owners. If you call corporate and they say a supervisor will call, ya joke. Email corporate maybe you get some action.
Wow, Carolina tree care come on my property and cut tree limbs down all up and down my fence line, after being asked not to. The tree limbs are still all on top of my fence. Why would a tree company do this after being asked not to. When I left and came back home that evening bam, they done did the damage and left. Contacted the home office. We'll see what happens. Carolina Tree Care was there for me when no other Tree Service in town could make time for an emergency situation. These guys take going to extra mile to an entirely new level. Not only are they extremely professional and great at what they do but they're kind and really want to make sure you're taken care of. I'm really in awe of these guys and I can't wait to use them again!!

THIS COMPANY RUINED MY YARD AND WHEN I ASKED THEM NOT TO CUT A TREE THEY SAID PROGRESS ENERGY CAROLINAS WAS THEIR BOSS AND THEY HAD TO FOLLOW WHAT CORDY WILLIAMS SAID TO DO AND MY BACK YARD IS A WRECK FROM WHAT THEY DID ! Wow, this company RUINED my yard! They butchered trees that weren't in the way of power lines. The cuts they made are all horrendously gapped like they haven't sharpened their chainsaws in a week. They left branches touching wires! They cut down a gorgeous swamp chestnut oak at my neighbor's, because they thought it was too close to a line, even though it wasn't, and they literally left branches from another tree touching lines there! Came in my fenced front yard and waked up my trees, one tree beside my fence they cut all the branches off and just left the trunk, threw the branches on my azaleas and camellias and broke them up, left large branches in my yard for me to remove. I guess it's ok because it's not your yard, but hey like the man said "we're just doing what sce&g told us to do. :(
