RecommendedI had the CTC Tech Andrew Wilson out to my home today to check my HVAC unit. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, extremely efficient and he definitely exceeded my expectations. After he was finished checking our unit he took the time to explain in detail to my wife and I the results of his visit. What a pleasure it was to meet him and what an asset he is to CTC.
They could take responsiblility for whatever they did to our van. It came back worse than when we dropped it off.

I recently had my HVAC system replaced by CTC. I had a great experience with all of their employees. They installed the new unit & removed the old equipment. Hey I'm the owner of white widow. I got mad and exploded my frustration on Facebook. This company has tried to do their best against some tough odds. I am sure his work will be exemplary. Any reviews from people mentioning my store that have not been removed I deeply apologize for. The temporary fix they set up may not have worked as well as expected,but the effort was there. Thank you CTC for trying, and sorry for my temper tantrum.
