This place was absolutely awful. Model looked beautiful and the price was right and I figured it was right across from campus, how bad could it be? It is soooo sketchy, I was uncomfortable walking in at night. It was so loud and the in spite of the walls being concrete you can hear right through them somehow. I had multiple problems with the water heater that were never resolved and I had to take 8 minute showers before the hot water ran out. Heating and cooling units are very inefficient.
