We love Dr Mauldin , he’s worked on 5 family members from age 3 to 55 , he knows how to get people well when others have failed. He doesn’t give up or guess. And he never jumps to surgery unless he feels needed and it always has been. Everyone at Carolina is very nice and a pleasure to deal with
Dr Melon is amazing. My grandson has major issues in one of his ears. Dr Melon has been patient and absolutely wonder with him. Always putting his comfort first. Fully explaining the treatment and the expected outcome in detail. I have seen many comments about long waits. I agree they are often frustrating while waiting with small children,however this week my grandson was worked in because he had an issue with his ear that I felt could not wait. Dr. Mauldin is wonderful, but the people in insurance and billing need a little training on customer service. They are rude and seem annoyed when you ask questions about anything.

your staff is much to be desired. terra saltz, a member of your staff, had contacted me and scheduled a time to meet, she ignores me and blocks me rather than saying something came up or things have changed. i have waited days for her to reply, the fact that you employ dishonest people and have them work with disabled, elderly and children is beyond me.
