My child has been a patient since he was 9 months old (he's 8yrs old now). I have had nothing but amazing experiences from this facility and it's team. The staff and physicians are amazing. I've had several times where I had an emergency and they worked my son in ASAP that same day. The doctors are knowledgeable, trustworthy and compassionate and that goes for all of the staff there also. I love this place!
Dr. Harrill has done a wonderful job. He is knowledgeable and informative. If I have issues again I will go to him first.
I have been seeing Dr. Melon he seems to care about you and what's going on . He tries to make you feel better and tells you what he is doing and what he will do to get you well and get to the cause of the problem thanks to him and staff.
Just left from here and saw the practitioner...I have documented chronic ear infections...I was told it was my jaw and there is nothing they can do for me. Then, since I can’t take Motrin, told me to just let it go and I’d be surprised how many doctors told people fluid are in their ears when there really isn’t etc...awful place! Never ever ever will be back and will be telling friends and family as well!
My son has been a patient of Dr Mauldin for 8 years when our journey began my son seemed to keep ear infections. Dr Mauldin tried to prevent surgery due to cost for us and my son having a bleeding disorder but after a few visits surgery was our only choice. Dr Mauldin made sure we knew everything that was going to happen and what to expect down to the extra precautions he would take for my sons bleeding.
