I can no longer recommend Carolina ENT. I've been a patient here for several years and was happy with the doctors and medical assistants; however, I was recently billed for a nasal endoscopy that was not performed. The doctor and I agreed I needed to be scheduled for a completely different test and that an endoscopy would not be useful given the pain I was describing. Excellent treatment and information sharing.
All staff were very cordial and professional. Was impressed with Dr. Cost as she listened to my concerns and offered answers and continuing followup to hopefully rectify my problem.
